Welcome to Bluebird Cleaning Service LLC. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using the services provided by Bluebird Cleaning Service LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Bluebird Cleaning Service LLC provides professional cleaning services for residential properties, offices, and occasional services to small spaces in commercial buildings. Our services include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and other standard cleaning tasks.

We accept card payments only. A valid card must be on file, and payment is due after the completion of the cleaning service.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made within 72 hours but before 24 hours may incur a partial cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur the full cleaning fee.

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If access is not possible, a full cleaning fee will be charged.

In the event of damages or losses, Bluebird Cleaning Service LLC will assess each case individually and take appropriate action, which may include reimbursement, replacement, or repair.

Clients are expected to provide a safe and hazard-free environment for our cleaning staff. This includes securing pets and informing us of any potential hazards.

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive text messages from Bluebird Cleaning Service LLC regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and special offers. Standard message and data rates may apply.

While we take utmost care in our services, Bluebird Cleaning Service LLC is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during the cleaning process.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will address your concerns promptly.

We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information.

We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of inappropriate or unsafe conditions, or if clients are in violation of these Terms of Service.

Bluebird Cleaning Service LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
