Call us at (979) 575-6050 to request a quote or fill out a quote request form and we'll get back with you with your personalized quote within 24hrs. We will collect important information such as the sqaurefootage of your home, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, and pets if any.

2. Get Scheduled

Once you accept our quote, we'll send you a secure credit card authorization form via email, which will allow for paperless billing. Electronically sign the form, ensuring accuracy and security. Attached to this email will also include our Service Agreement, defining our companies’ policies and procedures, and giving customers complete transparency in writing. Once we receive your signed form, we'll promptly schedule your cleaning appointment according to your preferred date and time.

3. Sit Back & Relax

Customers will receive text and email reminders of their upcoming service appointment, who the assigned house cleaner(s) will be, arrival and departure time. Yes. Just provide your own broom, and vacuum if your pet(s) shed excessively. Although we have our own, this is to minimize the spread of allergens from home to home.

In the rare case that we cause damage to or break an item, we'll notify you immediately and take the necessary steps to replace, repair, or reimburse you for the damage.  

No. We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment.

No. As long as you provide us with a way to enter your home, you don't need to be there. You may opt to provide us with our own key or have a hidden key nearby. It's up to you. We just don't recommend you leave your doors unlocked. If you have a home alarm system, you can give us instructions on its operation. However, we prefer your alarm be left off on the day of service.

Special Requests & Preferences

It is your responsibility to advise us on your preferences, special requests, and unique service location conditions as soon as reasonably possible.


Pets

You are responsible for making sure your pet(s) are in a safe spot during your appointment. This is both for your pet’s and your cleaner’s safety. Many pets are not comfortable with visitors or loud noises.


Clutter

For the best possible service, please make sure to have clutter taken care of before our arrival. We ask that you pick up toys, clothing, and other items before our visit so we can focus our time and efforts on dirt and grime, not putting things in their proper places. We do not specialize in organizing personal belongings. We will clean around and place items right back where they were found. 


Irreplaceables

If you have valuables or heirlooms (Including but not limited to any irreplaceable, collectible, or expensive objects) it’s preferred that these items are secured and put away to avoid potential accidents. Please let us know of any valuables that you prefer we not clean or handle. If the item is very large and cannot be put away (Such as a piano.) just let us know before our visit, so we can avoid that particular area while cleaning.


In-Home Climate Control

In-home temperatures should be comfortable prior to the start of service. Under no circumstances will services be performed in an environment that isn’t physically comfortable for labor. This includes but is not limited to extreme heat or extreme cold.


Extra Services

If you require additional cleaning on your scheduled visit, please contact us 24 hours in advance. That way we can allow the extra time needed at your home for the additional services. We currently offer the following as add-on services:

While we always strive to go the extra mile for our clients whenever possible, our primary focus is on the "weekly" cleaning tasks. These tasks may include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general cleaning throughout the house.


However, we kindly request that our customers handle their daily chores, such as making the beds, washing dishes, changing out sheets, and washing clothes. By doing so, it allows us to efficiently concentrate on providing thorough and high-quality weekly cleaning services, ensuring your home remains clean and fresh.

We value open communication with our clients, so if you have any specific requests or preferences regarding your cleaning routine, please let us know. Our dedicated team of house cleaners is committed to delivering exceptional service and making your home a comfortable and pristine environment for you to enjoy.


The following information is taken from our Service Agreement. This applies to both one-time customers and recurring customers.

 

Exclusions

We do not provide or specialize in the following services:

  • Cleaning of blood, vomit, feces, or other bodily fluids or matter.
  • Cleaning of patios, porches, garages, or any outdoor areas.
  • Cleaning of areas that are out of reach of our step-stool.
  • Cleaning of exterior windows.
  • Removal of extreme odor, mold, rust, paint, water damage, or fire damage.
  • Washing and/or complete restoration of walls.
  • Loading, unloading, or folding laundry.
  • Loading or unloading dishes in dishwashers.
  • Moving or lifting items over 20 LBS.
  • Hand-washing dishes.

Within 72 Hours:

For cancellations within 72 hours of service, a $50 fee will be charged.*


Within 24 Hours:

For cancellations within 24 hours of service, a full house cleaning fee will be charged.


*This applies to business hours including all major holidays.
